Please join our Halloween Themed Cookie Art Class, Saturday, October 24 at 4pm to learn how to successfully decorate holiday cookies. Impress your friends with custom decorated sugar cookies! Our class will cover recipe tips and tricks, royal icing consistencies, the best food colors and tools to use, and of course, decorating. Class designs are themed to the nearest holidays and seasons, but techniques shown will be applicable to all types of cookies! This class is for beginners, This is a decorating class only - no baking involved. Everyone will decorate 4 themed cookies to take home.

How to make the perfect shortbread cookie (recipe included)
Tips on how to keep your dough from spreading
How to make royal icing (recipe included)
How to prepare piping bags and bottles
How to hold an icing bag and bottle
The importance of different consistencies for various techniques
How to use different shapes and sizes of decorating tips

How to flood cookies using pastry bags and bottles
Step-by-step how to decorate 4 themed cookies
